I live in a Penthouse Suite overlooking the water in Sunny Isles Beach south Florida, and I have to say these floor lights make my living room 100x better looking when they're on. I have installed a dimmer in the wall controlling the light' brightness and I dim for movie watching, romance, and just making the living room look BETTER than any I've seen in any magazine. I highly recommend these particular floor lamps to anyone with a handsome looking casual or modern living room. They are a conversation piece too.

Looks good, decent amount of light; the shade is a little fragile and it doesn't include a dimmer, as many modern lamps do. Otherwise--4 out of 5.
